公司 TBD 系列鋼絲膠帶提升機適用于提升生料、水泥等散裝物料。
SINOMA-TCDRI TBD series belt bucket elevator is used for elevating bulk materials such as raw mill and cement.
結(jié)構特點：
●頭、尾滾筒采用鼓形表面，可自動糾正膠帶的運行。
The head and tail pulley are drum-shaped surface,
which can automatically correct the alignment of the
belt;
●頭部滾筒面由可更換的摩擦襯片組成，維修更換方便。
The head pulley at the top is made up of segmented
friction lining, which is convenient for repair and
replacement;
●籠型結(jié)構的尾部滾筒，避免了物料堆積。
The tail pulley is cage structure, which prevents material from piling up;
●料斗與膠帶之間有成型的橡膠墊板，在料斗繞過頭尾滾筒時起緩沖作用。
Rubber pads placed between the buckets and the belt as cushion when the buckets pass the head and tail
pulleys;
●料斗與膠帶的固定采用帶釘?shù)牡温菟ê偷螇|圈，以避免緊固螺栓的轉(zhuǎn)動。
The fixing of buckets and the belt is done by tapered fasteners fixed to a small base plate with a butterfly
shaped washer, which prevents the fasteners from moving

鏈式提升機
公司 NB 系列斗式提升機主要用于垂直提升散狀物料，主要分為：NBC 型、NBS 型和 NBH 型三種型式。
SINOMA-TCDRI NB bucket elevators are mainly used for vertical transportation of bulk materials. They are
categorized into three types: NBC type, NBS type and NBH type.
● NBC 型：適合以中低速提升石灰石、熟料等；
NBC bucket elevator: suitable for elevating limestone and clinker at a medium to low speed;
● NBS 型：適合以低速提升粉狀物料和小顆粒狀物料；
NBS bucket elevator: suitable for elevating granulated material or powder at a low speed;
● NBH 型（NBH-C)：由 NBS 發(fā)展的一種高速斗式提升機，由于運行速度高，在提升能力相同時，可采用比
NBS 型小的提升機，非常經(jīng)濟。
NBH (NBH-C) bucket elevator: high speed bucket elevators developed from NBS bucket elevators; due to increased elevation speed, at same capacity, compared with NBS bucket elevators, this type of bucket elevator is smaller size and thus is a more economic choice.
鏈式輸送機
鏈式輸送機（拉鏈機），是一種輸送粉狀、粒狀物料，運行水平或傾斜角小于 15°的機械產(chǎn)品，已廣泛用于水泥、
建材、冶金、化工、電力、糧食加工等行業(yè)。
A chain conveyor is used for horizontal or inclined (within 15°) transport of powdery and granulated materials.
It has been widely used in industries such as cement, building materials, metallurgy, chemical processing, power generation and food processing.

NAB 鏈斗輸送機：適用于磨損性強、塊狀物料。具備了斗式提升機的特點同時又可以像刮板機一樣復雜的輸送
路線。
NAB type Elevator: suitable for conveying strong abrasiveness and lumpy material, it has the same characteristic with
NB type elevator, however, it will provide the complicated conveying route like scraper conveyor.
結(jié)構特點：
●由于是料斗的形式、適用于化工行業(yè)可以輸送磨損性大的塊狀物料

●既可以水平→垂直（傾斜）、又可以水平→垂直（傾斜）→水平的輸送路線
The conveying route can be: From Horizonal to Vertical, From Horizonal to Vertical then to Horizonal.

運行時雜音小、比較安靜滿足環(huán)保對噪音的要求。
The noise is much lower, it will satisfy the requirements from Environmental Protection.

殼體是密閉構造，再加上斗子形式。不會向外漏料。
